**Shipping Policy** **TERMS & CONDITIONS** Before placing your order, please take a moment to review these terms carefully. By finalizing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all the conditions outlined here, as well as our Shipping Policy/Agreement.
**PACKAGING** We pack eggs in homemade foam shippers double-boxed for added protection. We take great care in packaging to ensure the best possible outcome. Every order is guaranteed to be double-boxed. Max of two dozen per box. If you want more we will email or message you to collect the remaining amount before shipping.
**ORDER AVAILABILITY & SHIPPING TIMELINE** We operate on a first-come, first-served basis for pre-orders to secure your spot. We strive to keep our product availability updated as accurately as possible. Note that we provide only estimated shipping windows, not exact dates. Keep in mind that we are a small homestead operation, not a large-scale hatchery. Our hatching eggs come from carefully chosen birds.
**HATCH RATES & EGG COLOR DISCLAIMER** We cannot offer guarantees on the following: - Hatchability - Fertility Rate - Development - Egg Color Results Eggs are gathered fresh, and we regularly check fertility, but hatching eggs inherently carry risks. Success can depend on factors like incubation techniques and handling during transit. Please order with this in mind. Genetics are fun but temperamental sometimes you never know what you will get even though we try our hardest.
**BROKEN EGGS** All eggs are intact when they leave our farm. If breakage occurs during transit via USPS or UPS, we are not liable for refunds or replacements. Each shipment includes insurance, so we encourage you to file a claim directly with USPS or UPS.
**SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY** Hatching eggs are sent through USPS Priority Mail or UPS, with $100 insurance included. We package with utmost care, but please be aware of the following: - USPS does not guarantee Priority Mail delivery timelines. - Only Express Mail qualifies for guaranteed delivery or claims related to delays. - Once a package is shipped, we are not accountable for transit delays, damages, or mishandling. - It is your duty to coordinate with your local post office regarding your shipment. - We will not liaise with USPS on your behalf. If your package arrives damaged: - Take clear photographs of the box, contents, and packaging right away. - Submit a claim online with USPS. - Remember, USPS insurance applies only to physical damage, not delays.
**Chick Shipping** We will be sending them off at a day old freshly hatched at the beginning of the week, express shipping. We want to make sure they have the highest chance of survival. They will be packaged safely with a warmer an absorbent pad and Grogel. If any chicks do not make it please take a picture with all of the deceased in the same photo and reach out to us. It must be the same day that the package arrived or a replacement of refund will not be considered.
